Group Fitness Water Classes
Group fitness water classes are particularly helpful for those with injuries in the muscle, tendon, and bone. If you suffer with arthritis, or are recovering from an injury or surgery related knee/hip replacement, water classes provide a low-impact experience that helps cushion joints, relieve pain, and helps aid in your recovery. Water provides a greater resistance to your movements than air, and offers a buoyancy that reduces the impact of exercises on your body.
Water classes are indicated in BLUE on our Group Fitness schedule.
