  • Green Ridge Recreation Center is not a fitness club. What you’ll find with us is a community recreation center focused on a mission to provide healthy fun for everyone! Green Ridge opened January 1, 2010, with a promise to the community that a diverse set of recreation needs would be met and that the facility would be affordable and accessible to everyone while recovering 100% of the operating costs through user fees. Green Ridge provides the community with a number of ways to enjoy the facility: • Daily admission to the Indoor Center • Participation in our many programs • Monthly pass holders utilizing the “Green Membership” program • Rental of our multi-purpose/meeting rooms, gymnasiums, and birthday party rooms • Tourism initiatives, such as state and national athletic tournaments

  • No. Green Ridge offers a daily admission rate with pricing based on age and residency. There is no fee to enter the facility if you're visiting for a pre-paid public recreation class or room/birthday rental function.

  • Green Ridge indoor pool hours and operation of different features within the pool may vary due to lifeguard schedules and pool maintenance. As a general rule, ALL features of the indoor pool are open on weekends from Noon to 6:00 p.m., and on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.   • Green Ridge membership offers you an affordable monthly payment option for use of the indoor facility. If you or your family members plan to visit the center at least once per week, membership is a significant savings over paying daily admission. Members also receive added benefits including: • Free Group Exercise Programs • Program Discounts • Use of the KidZone Child Watch Area • Member Appreciation Days • Early Online Program Registration • Free admission to Theme Nights & Special Events Please note that membership does NOT include admission to Splash Valley Water Park.

  • No. Currently, our Green Ridge month-to-month memberships do not include admission to Splash Valley. Your membership gives you access to the indoor pool, wellness center, activity room, KidZone, and the gymnasium, as well as occasional members only events and special services. Season passes to Splash Valley are available beginning in March each year, with discounted rates for Green Ridge members.

  • Indoor Aquatics Area

    • Ages 8 and under: may enjoy the area with a parent or guardian.
    • Ages 9-12: may enjoy the area with a parent or guardian within the center.
    • Ages 13-17: may enjoy the area on their own without a parent or guardian in the center after completing center’s waiver signed by their parent or guardian.  Wavier is good for one year after signing.

    Indoor Pool Spa

    • Ages 3 and under: aren’t permitted to use the spa.
    • Ages 4-8: may do so accompanied by a parent or guardian in the spa at the same time.
    • Ages 9-17: may do so given the above-mentioned age parameters for the aquatics area.

    Gymnasium

    • Ages 8 and under: may enjoy the gym under direct supervision of their parent or guardian.
    • Ages 9-12: may enjoy the gym on their own as long as their parent or guardian is in the center.
    • Ages 13-17: may enjoy the gym on their own after completing center’s wavier signed by a parent or guardian.  Waiver is good for one year after signing.

    Wellness Area

    • Ages 14 and under: may enjoy the indoor track within arm’s reach of their parent or guardian.
    • Ages 9-11: may enjoy the cardio area and the other equipment within in it, as long as a parent/guardian is in the facility, once completing a youth orientation.  They can also use the TRX Station, punching bag, indoor track (on their own), mats, and battle rope.  A green arm band will be given to youth member to be worn at all times in wellness.
    • Ages 12-14: may enjoy the strength circuit area along with the cardio area and the equipment within it, as long as a parent/guardian is in the facility, after completing a youth orientation.  They can also use the TRX Station, punching bag, indoor track (on their own), mats, and battle ropes. A yellow band will be given to youth member to be worn at all times in wellness.
      • Additionally, they may enjoy the free weight area after completing a free weight youth/parent orientation.  Once completed, parent or guardian must be within arm’s reach of youth when using free weight area. A blue band will be given to youth member to be worn at all times in wellness.
    • Ages 15 and above: can use wellness fully on their own.

  • Yes. Members receive discounts off many public group exercise programs not already included in their membership, as well as youth enrichment programs such as Ridge Kids and school's out day camps.

  • If a program is no longer accepting registration but has not held its first class, additional enrollment is at the discretion of the staff member who set up the course. Exceptions may be made for late enrollment depending on circumstances. Please inquire about specific cases at the front desk, or by calling 777-6300.
