Home Fit - Group Fitness Series (NEW!)
Group fitness instructors from Green Ridge Recreation Center and Brambleton Recreation Center want you to keep moving! We’re posting new 15-20 minute exercise routines every week that you can enjoy at home.
All Workouts - View the full YouTube lineup, with new programs added weekly.
Dance Exercise - Aerobic classes based on movement, such as Latin Groove, Dancercise, Cardio Jam, Zumba and Never Stop Moving.
Cardio & Strength - Classes focused on building muscle strength and toning while getting a cardio burn. Includes HIIT, Core Worx, Barre, Power Sculpt, Walk 15 and Kickboxing.
Mind & Body - Center yourself through movement and meditation. Includes Yoga an Tai Chi.
Trainer Tips - Short tip videos from personal trainers at Green Ridge.
Through our affiliation with the MOSSA group fitness curriculum, members can take advantage of free workouts online. These are full workouts similar to our studio classes, allowing you to choose the intensity and challenge that’s right for you.
If online instruction works for you, Green Ridge members are invited to sign up for a 14 day free trial of Mossa Move, available online or via mobile app. Please be aware that this is a subscription service with the first two months waived for affiliate members. Members will be notified by MOSSA with the option to cancel, five days before the trail ends. Otherwise a $7.99 monthly charge would apply.
