    Are you looking for a reset to start the new year? Many people struggle with nutrition information overload and are unsure how to move forward toward better eating habits. The RESTART® Program is a five week group program that can provide clarity and get you started on the road to healthier eating! The program focuses on how to use real food to boost energy and get rid of sugar cravings. There is a 3-week sugar detox/whole food challenge built in and each class will focus on a different nutrition topic such as blood sugar regulation and digestion.     This is the first class parents get to watch instead of participate! Come enjoy watching your children gain confidence and a love of the water as they develop aquatic skills that will keep them safe for years to come. In Little Splashes the instructors will introduce bubble blowing, floating, gliding, arm and leg movement and rolling, all of which are designed to keep your child safe in the water. Parents are encouraged to participate in the safety portion of the class to keep your entire family safe around aquatic environments.

    No need to wait! Start the process of introducing your baby to the water sooner rather than later. This parent and child class will start building your baby's confidence and swimming readiness. What a fun opportunity for you and your child to explore the water and become adjusted together. Parents will learn basic water skills to keep their children safe and help them to love the water. Safety information and teaching techniques will be provided to parents. Parental participation is required.

    Let's play ball! The Little Tykes program focuses on developing good players and good sportsmanship. Kids have a chance to learn the fundamentals of basketball through passing, dribbling, shooting and fun skill drills. This skill development program will run for 8 weeks, the first four weeks will be practices with the remaining 4 weeks for game play. Each player will receive a t-shirt and medal at the end of the program.

    Join your child as they discover the world of water. With your help, toddlers will experiment with arm and leg action, floating and going under water. Lots of repetition will help them become very comfortable and confident in the water. This is a fun and engaging class which will keep your child wanting to come back even as they are learning about safety and swimming skills. Parental participation is required.
