    Begin your morning with this low impact fitness class, designed to blend standing and seated exercises to improve endurance, strength and balance. The class will increase heart rate through gentle exercises and will end with seated poses to improve flexibility and posture.     En Croute is a French term that describes a food baked and wrapped in pastry crust. This dish will be a hearty cut of fresh salmon, herb butter and asparagus wrapped delicately in pastry and baked to perfection. Served with a wild rice blend and some tasty pastry snacks. Chef Dominic made an appearance on the fourth season of Fox Network's Hell's Kitchen. He looks forward to the opportunity to bring his family-friendly attitude, skills and good-natured cooking to you and yours!

  3. Adult Ballet (Ages 16+)

    This is a beginning level ballet class comprised of a 30 minute barre featuring exercises to warm-up feet, legs, and arms. This is followed by 30 minutes of center work and traveling combinations to work on balance, coordination, and flexibility. Participants may wear tights, leggings, sweatpants, and either a leotard or sports top. Ballet slippers are recommended. Instructor Beth Brunelle.
