    Does your yoga practice need a lift? Try a new yoga sensation - yoga with weights! In this class, we will combine basic yoga flows with gentle weight lifting. All major muscles groups will be toned, resulting in better posture and leaner muscles. All levels welcome, although prior yoga experience is preferred. Instructor: Abby Reed.

  1. Loom Knitting Skill Building (Ages 18+)

    After learning how to "knit in the round" in the Introductory Class take the next step and expand your skills by learning how to knit "flat panel" projects, a variety of cast ons and bind offs and the other 3 types of knit stitches. All supplies are provided. Instructor Tonya Hodges is excited to share her knowledge with you! She has learned by training herself and is willing to share input not found in books to help with barriers that may arise. She has been loom knitting since 2014 and has started her own business, Learn to Loom Knit, as well.

    Kick off your Valentine’s Day festivities with a special offering from Guia Salsa Noke. Join instructors as they guide you and your partner through a one hour session highlighting both Salsa and Ballroom Dancing. This is a great opportunity to try something new because no previous dance experience is required! Cost is per individual- participants are not required to sign up with a partner.
