    Have you been curious and wanting to give yoga a try? Come to a gently paced class that introduces those new to yoga to the practice. Including poses appropriate for beginners, an introduction to using yoga blocks and straps, utilizing the breath, and relaxation to help settle the mind and emotions. Learn how to move through poses with short flows and to hold poses to build strength while using the breath to go deeper into the form. Also known for improving balance and joint health by slow, mindful, low-impact movements.     Originally developed as a Martial Art for self defense, T’ai Chi is a non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and dynamic stretching.   20. Pottery (Ages 18+)

    The Brambleton Center offers a well equipped studio to create original works of clay in both wheel and freeform. Equipment includes 13 electric wheels, a slab roller, and an assortment of tools and accessories for shaping and sculpting the clay. A variety of glazes are mixed in the studio offering about 23 colors. Class fee also includes utilizing the studio on your own during select times when classes aren't in session and the firing of pieces made during the 10 week term. Clay must be purchased through Brambleton Center at $25/25 pounds. Saturday will be an open workshop opportunity for those currently registered in a Pottery class. All pottery classes are ten week programs.

    This beginning dance class will introduce your child to Tap & Jazz technique in a fun, upbeat environment! Children are encouraged to wear form-fitting athletic wear that they can move in! (leotards are optional) Give your child the chance to be the star of the show in Kindercombo! Choose the fee with $25 added to it to pay your sign-up fee when first registering on or after September 2019. Each month following, you will no longer need to pay the sign-up fee.
