The class will increase heart rate through gentle exercises and will end with seated poses to improve flexibility and posture.   1. New: Double Crochet Dishcloth Workshop (Ages 18+)

    Start with an easy dish cloth-beginner friendly! Several workshop dates to choose to learn the basics and get you started on a new hobby! Supplies needed for class (you will be notified when class meets minimum): 6mm hook, 1 ball of cotton yarn per dish cloth. Instructor Krislyn Colombini is a self-taught crocheter that now sells her crochet creations online and in shows. She will help you work through difficult issues in a small class setting.
