    Begin your morning with this low impact fitness class, designed to blend standing and seated exercises to improve endurance, strength and balance. The class will increase heart rate through gentle exercises and will end with seated poses to improve flexibility and posture.   2. Yoga for Beginners (Ages 18+)

    Have you been curious and wanting to give yoga a try? Come to a gently paced class that introduces those new to yoga to the practice. Including poses appropriate for beginners, an introduction to using yoga blocks and straps, utilizing the breath, and relaxation to help settle the mind and emotions. Learn how to move through poses with short flows and to hold poses to build strength while using the breath to go deeper into the form.   4. Adult Ballet (Ages 16+)

    This is a beginning level ballet class comprised of a 30 minute barre featuring exercises to warm-up feet, legs, and arms. This is followed by 30 minutes of center work and traveling combinations to work on balance, coordination, and flexibility. Participants may wear tights, leggings, sweatpants, and either a leotard or sports top. Ballet slippers are recommended. Instructor Beth Brunelle.
