It’s been months since you’ve enjoyed time at the gym. Ready to get back on track? Join certified personal trainer Stephanie Hall for a six week small group class via Zoom. She’ll help you recover lost ground while you’ve been away from Green Ridge. You’ll work to rebuild strength, flexibility, balance/stability, and cardiovascular health in the comfort of your own home, office, or even outside. Sessions are 60-minutes and take place twice a week. Get a free resistance band just for signing up. Fee $200 per person. Members and returning customers save an additional 5%. Course meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM starting July 14.
