Join us for a beginning level ballet class comprised of a 30 minute barre featuring exercises to warm-up feet, legs, and arms. This is followed by 30 minutes of center work and traveling combinations to work on balance, coordination, and flexibility. Participants may wear tights, leggings, sweatpants, and either a leotard or sports top. Ballet slippers are recommended.
