Connect with your mind and body differently by practicing yoga in the dark! This workshop will turn off the lights and turn up the music to help you bend to the beat, adding a whole new element to your practice. Why flow in the dark? Unlike a typical class, practicing in the dark can make you more cognizant of your surroundings, increase and challenge your balance and heighten senses, other than sight, to help you experience yoga in a whole new light.
