We'll be discussing and learning the basic foundations of a yoga practice. These foundations foster a deeper mind-body connection and allow you to move with greater mobility, strength, and less pain! You'll walk away feeling calm, grounded, and empowered to use basic yoga postures to improve the quality of your daily life! All levels welcome. Runs 1pm to 2pm at Green Ridge wellness studios. $8 for general public or $5 for Green Ridge members.
