Take your practice beyond the studio and back to its roots. Join us in the fresh air of Explore Park for 90 minutes of guided meditation, pranayama breathwork, and asana practice to strengthen both body and mind. This all-levels yin yoga class will teach you grounding techniques to stabilize and grow through your daily challenges. Please bring your own yoga mat. Participants are encouraged to also bring a water bottle, towel, and an open mind. Pre-registration is required. Class will meet at the Visitor Center and then take a short hike to the yoga area. This $13 course meets from 10am to 11:30am on Saturday, August 25.
