March Nutritional Series

Nutrition and You (March 3rd) - This Nutrition 101 informational session will help you make a plan for eating right for you. There is no “one size fits all” plan. This session will assist you in learning how to set goals, tips for sticking with them, eating right for your goals, the importance of hydration, carbs, fat and protein and how they work in your body and much more!

Nutrition Prep (March 10th) - You have a goal, now what? Learn how to plan and prep your meals so you're ready for the week to meet your daily and weekly nutrition goals. This session will focus on determining your weekly nutrition goals, portioning, and prepping and preparing meals and snacks.

Nutrition - It's Not Just About the Food (March 17th) - There are an enormous number of factors that affect how our body processes the nutrition (food) we put into it. This session takes a deeper look at nutrition and our body. We’ll look at factors such as hormones, the gut microbiome, insulin resistance, and environmental factors.

Nutrition - Sticking With the Plan (March 24th) - This session focuses on putting everything together and helping you to incorporate nutrition into your daily life. We’ll discuss exercise, vacations, health issues and making healthy eating and living a lifestyle, not a diet!
