Home Fit - Group Fitness Series
Group fitness instructors from Green Ridge Recreation Center and Brambleton Recreation Center want you to keep moving! We’re posting new 15-20 minute exercise routines every week that you can enjoy at home.

Dance Exercise - Aerobic classes based on movement, such as Latin Groove, Dancercise, Cardio Jam, Zumba and Never Stop Moving.
Cardio & Strength - Classes focused on building muscle strength and toning while getting a cardio burn. Includes HIIT, Core Worx, Barre, Power Sculpt, Walk 15 and Kickboxing.
Mind & Body - Center yourself through movement and meditation. Includes Yoga an Tai Chi.
