There's a reason that Lose Big is Green Ridge Recreation Center's longest running and most popular program! Working in small groups, this 12-week program helps you achieve your health and fitness goals through guided exercises with a personal trainer*, nutrition education and more. One of the best aspects of Lose Big is the supportive community it fosters and the lifelong friendships that are created. We offer two plans for you to choose from: the 2-day plan offers participants two 1-hour sessions with a trainer each week and the 3-day plan provides an additional 1-hour session during the week. For non-members, each package also includes two additional days of access to the facility to use on your own. Join us for Lose Big and experience all of the benefits it has to offer!
