Join the Club (ages 16+)
Choose from our selection of 1-day, 2-day or 3-day per week workouts with a certified personal trainer (meet our trainers here). You'll be grouped with a small team of participants, and on the right track to reach your goals.
Non-members - Your program fee includes workouts and a scan card for two additional daily admissions on your own.
Green Ridge members - Get 15% off the program cost, since you already have facility access
Returning participants - Get an additional 5% off. We're glad to have you back!
NEW Nutritional Counseling Add on - Get extra nutritional assessment, meal planning, monitoring and feedback with a certified nutrition coach for an extra $100 during the program.
