Join the club, and maximize your workouts in a small group with the help of a certified personal trainer. Get motivated to achieve your fitness goals in a challenging 12-week program. When it’s over, celebrate with us at a recognition event. Most members choose to reenroll every time. Monthly payment plans available.

Join the Club (ages 16+)


Choose from our selection of 2-day or 3-day per week workouts with a certified personal trainer (meet our trainers here).  You'll be grouped with a small team of participants, and on the right track to reach your goals.

  • Non-members - Your $27 per week fee includes workouts and a scan card for two additional daily admissions on your own.
  • Green Ridge members - Get 15% off the program cost, since you already have facility access
  • Returning participants - Get an additional 5% off. We're glad to have you back!

  • NEW Nutritional Counseling Add on - Get extra nutritional assessment, meal planning, monitoring and feedback with a certified nutrition coach for an extra $100 during the program.

NEW: Youth Training Club (ages 9-12)

We use functional and mobility strength training to guide youth in the proper use of their body for day-to-day living and athletics. This program will incorporate body weight exercises, as well as a variety of fitness equipment under the supervision of a personal trainer. The youth will receive education and guidance on movement patterns with application to sports and participate in guided workouts adaptable to the youth’s goals and abilities. NEW: Teen Training Club (ages 13-16)

This series focuses on functional fitness movements with application to sports and other outdoor activities. Using the five major movement patterns and body weight work, as well as progressive use of weighted lifts and barbells. The trainer will work with participants on goal setting, assessments, and evaluation of movement patterns. Download printable brochure
