Splash Valley Re-entry Policy
If for any reason you or someone in your group has to leave Splash Valley, please exit through the main gate near
the ticket booth. Upon doing so we’ll give you a hand stamp that will allow you same day re-entry. We also
recommend that you keep your receipt as a backup. Please know if we are at capacity, you’ll have to wait to
re-enter.
Water Park Rules
• Those 12 and under must be supervised by a paying guardian 16-years old or older.
• Those 5 and under, or any child with or using a personal flotation device we ask that he/she be within an arm’s reach of an adult.
• Please dress accordingly as we do require swim suits to be worn at all times in the pool. Sweatshirts, pants, jeans, dresses, skirts,
thong-related swim suits, denim clothing, or cut-offs are not allowed to be worn in the pool. Thong-related swim suits are not permissible
in the park. Also, we don't allow swim suits that have stitched in or attached floats, exposed metal rivets, or metal parts.
• Children still in diapers and incontinent adults must wear swim diapers and a swim suit or tight fitting plastic bottoms. Swim diapers
are available for purchase at the concession stand and ticket booth as we don’t allow cloth or disposable diapers to be worn in the pool.
• Since we don’t provide towels please bring your own.
• Please don’t bring in personal floats, beach balls, masks, large rafts, snorkels, and fins as we don’t allow their use.
• Only Coast Guard approved life vests may be used. Life vests are available upon request at our guest services table. We provide these
for free and we’ll want to approve infant flotation rafts before they can be used.
• We don’t allow coolers, ice chests, umbrellas, tents or pop-ups. You’re welcome to bring infant strollers and playpens.
• One unopened, sealed water bottle or an empty water bottle is allowed upon entry, as we don’t allow outside food or drink.
• If you’re dealing with skin infections, open wounds, ear or nasal discharge, diarrhea, or other communicable disease we’ll ask that you
not use the pool.
• Portable sound amplification devices for music (i.e. boom boxes, iPod docking stations, etc.) aren’t allowed.
• We call safety breaks at 10-minutes before the top of the hour. Those under 18 will have to stay out of the water during these breaks.
Adults and infants 2-years and under may remain in the water during breaks.
• We strongly encourage you to use sun protection (i.e. sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses).
• Lockers are available for daily use and locks can be purchased from the ticket booth or you may bring your own lock to use.
• Please report any injury to us as soon as possible.
• Should you fail to obey the rules and/or the directions of the lifeguards or behave in a manner that adversely affects others’ safety
and comfort, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Please don’t run, push, use abusive language, or behave in a manner that could be considered inappropriate, as you may be asked
to leave without a refund.
• No diving, flipping, or back jumps are allowed off the side of the pool.
• Playing with or throwing discs, balls, or other objects isn’t allowed within the park.
• Please supervise your children in the locker rooms at all times.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: On those occasions when Splash Valley reaches maximum capacity, those waiting in line will be allowed in when
space is available.

Area Information and Rules
Guest Services
At guest services we provide first-aid and emergency services, personal flotation devices for use during your visit, and information concerning the water park. We’re located to the left of the ticket booth and please see us if you need assistance while enjoying your stay with us.

Food / Beverages
Since we don’t allow outside food in Splash Valley you may be asked to return it to your vehicle. We do allow baby food and/or formula and you’re welcome to bring in one unopened or capped empty water bottle per person. We have tasty treats, so don’t forget to visit our concession stand.
Current River
• For those under the age of 5 and/or anyone wearing a life vest please remain within an arm’s reach of your parent or guardian.
• Please swim with the flow of the river and we don’t allow any tubes, balls, or toys within the river.
Outdoor Sprayground
• Please remain seated when going down slides and don’t climb up the slides.
• Those 5 years old or younger please remain within an arm’s reach of your parent or guardian.
• Those 8 years old or younger must be directly supervised by his/her parent or guardian near the pool’s edges.
• It’s recommended that children who are less than 48” tall enjoy the sprayground.
Tube & Bowl Slides
• To ride both the tube and bowl you have to be at least 48” tall.
• We only allow one person at a time to go down the slides.
• To keep the fun going we’ll inform everyone when it’s their turn to go down the slides.
• For safety, go down the slides feet first with your arms crossed across your chest and your ankles crossed as well.
• We don’t allow anyone to catch anyone at the bottom of the slides.
• Please don’t stop, stand, spin, or flip while on the slide.
• Please make your way from the bottom of the slide once you’ve reached bottom.
• Please don’t wear jewelry that dangles while using the slides.
• To protect the coating of the slides no water shoes or attire with zippers, rivets or buttons are permitted.
